As of December 13, all other recycling collection sites will be stopped, except for Paw Paw, which will be operated on a trial basis, said Morgan County Solid Waste Authority chairperson Bennett Lentczner.

Ellen Burnett, age 88, of Great Cacapon, was driving alone in her four-door 2008 Buick sedan when she apparently lost control of her vehicle and went left of center, said Corporal Tony Link of the Morgan County Sheriff's Department.
Tex Hessler was hired as clerk of the works for the Morgan County Courthouse construction project. The Morgan County Commission took the action after interviewing four candidates last Thursday morning.
Hessler was hired due to his experience as clerk of the works on all major school construction projects in the county, Commissioner Glen Stotler said.
